The last one I remember was a Kenwood a few years back. Your best bet is to find a Yamaha, Dennon w/o a dvd player included, then add a multi-disk CD/DVD player to it. Note: multi-disk players have fallen out of fashion. People are looking for iPod and MP3 connectivity which give people more control over their playlists.
