i’m auditioning for willy wonka with the childrens theater. i’m really new at this & am completely lost at finding something. my goal is to get veruca salt (the snobby english girl). i’m planning on singing on my own from les mis & then we need a monologue less than a minute. pleasee pleasee pleasee help! i have a pretty strong talent so i can do anything. i was thinking more comedic? i don’t know though! please & thank you:)

try to get monolouges that are parts from well known plays like ‘Mean Girls’ or ‘Alice in Wonderland’ (if you do Alice, don’t do the through the looking glass since it’s sooo popular) There’s lots. Personally, I’ve been in Willy Wonka and Les Mis in a professional acting conpany-Les Mis has some really good monolouges.
