Sounds like you were in a show of Beauty and the Beast or did costuming for Beauty and The Beast. You have to keep in mind most high schools aren’t very supportive of their theatre programs so they may not be exactly like the movie or what you would prefere. Try to add some positives with your negative comments. =)

costumes and hair …
costumes and hair styles don’t look right ….gaston needs some red and the silly girls just look trampy and homeless…belle looks amazing though except the dress should be blue…and belle sounds amazing…gaston should be more manly sounding…and what is up with the silly girls hair styles it looks ugly and not brushed, they are supposed to be like preppy with perfect hair.

The same thing …
The same thing happened to me with mean roles. I would always be cast as the show’s resident witch; little kids my younger sister didn’t know would go up to her and ask, “Is your sister really that mean?” Cast members always laughed at this stuff because they thought I was a nice person!
